BahaNext Limited, internal tools and integrations

This privacy policy applies to BahaNext Limited and its internal tools and integrations, including the BahaNext Finance integration (an internal Model Context Protocol service) used for the company's own accounting and bookkeeping.

What the integration accesses

The integration accesses accounting data from BahaNext Limited's own QuickBooks Online account, through Intuit's API, solely for the company's internal bookkeeping. It acts only on instruction from authorised company personnel and does not process data belonging to any third party.

How data is handled

Data is used only for BahaNext Limited's own operations. It is not sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to any third party. Access is restricted to authorised company personnel. Credentials and access tokens are stored as encrypted environment variables, are never written to logs, and are used only to authenticate with Intuit's API.

Data retention

The integration does not maintain its own separate store of accounting records; it reads from and writes to BahaNext Limited's QuickBooks Online account as directed. Authentication tokens are retained only as long as needed to maintain the connection and are rotated in line with Intuit's requirements.

Scope

This general policy does not replace or override the specific privacy policy of any individual BahaNext product or service. Where a product (for example Earn Tings or Signal Insights) publishes its own privacy policy, that product-specific policy governs that product and its users.
