Terms of Use

BahaNext Limited, internal tools and integrations

These terms of use apply to BahaNext Limited and its internal tools and integrations, including the BahaNext Finance integration (an internal Model Context Protocol service) used for the company's own accounting and bookkeeping.

Internal use only

These tools are not offered to the public and are not licensed for use by anyone other than BahaNext Limited and its authorised personnel. They access only data belonging to BahaNext Limited, on instruction from authorised personnel, and do not process data belonging to any third party.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. BahaNext Limited accepts no liability for any loss arising from their use.

Availability and changes

BahaNext Limited may modify, suspend, or discontinue any internal tool at any time, and access may be revoked at any time without notice.

Scope

These general terms do not replace or override the specific terms of service of any individual BahaNext product or service. Where a product (for example Earn Tings or Signal Insights) publishes its own terms, that product-specific agreement governs that product and its users.
